Al Lazarus has tried approximately 70 jury trials since obtaining his law license in 2005. He spent five years in the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office, racking up extensive DWI trial experience. As a felony prosecutor, Mr. Lazarus tried a host of murder, sexual assault, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault and drug cases. From 2008-2010, he tried more felony jury trials than any other prosecutor in Tarrant County.
Mr. Lazarus entered private practice in November 2010, joining the association of attorneys now known as Evans, Daniel, Moore, Evans & Lazarus. His practice is devoted to criminal defense, with an emphasis on DWI, sexual assault and drug cases.
